I would like to take this time to thank you and all of the PBA staff for your swift assistance in my recent call for PBA legal assistance. I have been in law enforcement for many years and have been very fortunate not to need legal assistance. I was recently involved in an incident that required assistance. I was very impressed with the time it took to get the assistance I needed. From the time I spoke to person who answered the PBA phone (1-800-233-3506) until I got the return call from the legal department was less than 3 minutes. The legal department explained exactly what I needed to do step by step. The follow-up call and advice I received from you was much appreciated. If you ever have anyone who questions if PBA does what they say they will do please refer them to me. I am very pleased with PBA!
