Foundation's Advisory Board Member Lights Up Support in North Carolina
As a member of the Foundation's Advisory Board in North Carolina, Joyce Plouff shines bright in her efforts to bring light to the dangers of police work.  Her Blue Light Campaign raised more than $1700 in direct support for the Police Benevolent Foundation's Fallen Officer Fund in memory of her late husband, fallen officer Sergeant Howard Plouff.  Joyce collaborated with several Winston Salem area businesses to sell commemorative electric candles that display blue lights in support of officers while honoring fallen heroes everywhere.
